OUR HISTORY

1960

FIRST STEPS

Juan Antonio Mora began his journey in the world of construction and promotion, marking the beginning of an exceptional career.

1970

FOUNDATION OF THE COMPANY

Subsequently, he founded JUAN ANTONIO MORA, S.A. (JAMSA); His career started with the development of 320 homes in Huerta de la Marquesa (Cordoba) and 96 homes in Avenida de Libia (Cordoba).

1980

CONSOLIDATION AS A BENCHMARK DEVELOPER

During this decade, JAMSA consolidated its position as a leading developer in Andalusia and Cantabria. Highlights include 571 homes built in the neighbourhoods of Fidiana, San Basilio, Pedro de Bares, Marroquíes, Lucas Valdés and San Juan de la Cruz in Córdoba, as well as developments in Avenida de los Castros (288) and Antonio Lopez (19) in Santander.

1990

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

During this decade, Grupo JAMSA underwent national and international expansion. Some of the milestones included the construction of the Círculo Mercantil in Córdoba, and the development of 225 homes in that city. Projects were also carried out in Madrid, Santander, Reinosa, Castro Urdiales, Llanes, together with the collaboration in the creation of a shopping centre in Luxembourg and an exclusive residential development in Miami.

2000

MODERNISATION AND GROWTH ON THE COSTA DEL SOL

The second generation marked a milestone in the consolidation and adaptation to the new times. Strong growth was experienced on the Costa del Sol, with the construction and development of LOMAS DEL REY, an exclusive urbanization on Marbella's Golden Mile.

2020

ADAPTING TO NEW CHALLENGES

Today GRUPO JAMSA proves to be much more than a construction and development company: we are a passionate team that works for people. GRUPO JAMSA's success story is built on an efficient organization and a dynamic and entrepreneurial management, forged through mergers, acquisitions and strategic plans committed to maximizing profitability. At present, we are developing 14 projects, consolidating our position as a benchmark in the sector.

La segunda generación marcó un hito en la consolidación y adaptación a los nuevos tiempos. Se experimentó un fuerte crecimiento en la Costa del Sol, con la construcción y promoción de LOMAS DEL REY, una urbanización exclusiva en la Milla de Oro de Marbella.
